The financial services industry is continually evolving, which is why people rely on the expertise of financial advisers to help them manage their money.
Paraplanners are relied upon to assist financial advisers in researching, analysing and preparing compliant financial reports for clients that verify the recommendations and follow the company investment philosophy.
Once you’re qualified, you’ll be on a path for a highly rewarding career, helping people achieve their financial goals.
As the regulatory aspects within the advice process have become more challenging, paraplanners have become integral to the advice process, providing efficiency by focusing on crucial non-client facing tasks.
Where your career takes you, is within your control. Operating in a highly regulated environment, you’ll be challenged with remaining at the forefront of industry advances, and you’ll have a life-long passion for professional development.
You may choose to develop into a senior paraplanner, requiring a broader level of industry experience, with strategic input and a more extensive range of technical knowledge supported by further qualification. Or, you may decide to become a qualified financial adviser.
